MELODY LANE - typowa synthpop-owa grupa w której skład wchodzili Krister (syntezatory, itp. + jeden tekst z piosenki Arbetslos) i Jimmy (wokalist i autor
reszty tekstów). Później skład grupy nieco urósł, ale o tym później, gdy będę opisywał ich drugi demo album.
Tak więc CD, które teraz przedstawię, powstało w ich "studio" w jeden dzień, i Krister nie miał pomysłu aby zrobić ponowy mix (mastering czy co tam...).
Płytka (demo płytka) jest z 1997 roku, nagrana wiosną... Tak dokładnie to jej samo przygotowanie zajęło czas od roku 1993 do 1997.... tyle, że nagrali to finalnie w '97.
Nazywa się "Four Long Years" a tu kolejny zrzut z www.chinese-theatre.se

A demo-CD with my old synthpopband Melody Lane made in the spring 1997.
We did record all the voice tracks in 1 day on this demo and I Krister had no idea about mixing stuff back than,
but I think this could be interesting for people that like Chinese Theatre to listen to the songs now.
It was me on synths and Jimmy on lyrics and voice, exepct the lyrics for the song Arbetslös that I made.
The songs was made between the years 1993-1997.

Dobra a teraz o drugim albumie.....:

To wyszło w roku 2001, a zwało się "A Journey To The Past". Do Melody Lane dołączył Stefan Olsson (Fellin) i zrobił muzykę do kawałków takich jak "Space Journey", "2 In One" oraz "Sad Eyes".
Ale był także tak zwanym "tylnim" wokalistą w niektórych ścieżkach (tak zwane "chórki" ;). Poza tym wszystkie teksty napisał i zaśpiewał Jimmy, a grał Krister. Płytka została nagrana expresem, bo tylko w dwa dni,
a słowa pioseneke napisane w około 3.

Some info around the album:

For this demo-CD a friend, Stefan "Fellin" Olsson joined the band and did the songs "Space Journey", "2 In One" and "Sad Eyes".
Krister did the rest of the songs and Jimmy did all the lyrics and voice except that Stefan was backvocalist on some tracks.
We recorded this demo really fast, in only 2 days and Jimmy wroght the lyrics in 3 days or something.
