So it is NOT TRUE while you are saying : "I voted last week and I wanted to vote this week"
Second thing is that you have to understand that "proposal" field at the end of voting page is not for putting ten songs - only for one! And only if it does not exist in main voting list. Otherwise I WILL REMOVE such votes! I asked to give only ONE proposal - if you can't read or don't follow the rules - thats your fault not mine, you are not polite in this way - giving me a lot of unnecesary work!
Please understand that it would took a lot of time to analyse each vote manually as I have to do while you use "proposal", so first check if your favorite song is not listed already. Only this way it may be automated thus properly raise on the list...
And please - think first before you will make rash accusation . It really hurts while I give to people mp3s for free (at the same time paying a lot of money to my provider) and they pay me back cheating and hurting me. Beside - it took me a while to analyze logs for you - about half an hour. Would you pay me for that?
If such accidents like your accusations will occur in the future, then I will have to start to ban several people, you will be the first in line! I don't need people who can only gather stuff from me giving me nothing in return...

Ok, thx for clearing your intentions. And I am sorry to attack you at once, but I am really frustrated after some claims form one person who cheats all the time and attack me after removing his faked votes.. What a insolation... Fortunately most people are very satisfied having posibility to choose songs they are looking for and usually finding them here. I am glad you are among them.
Regarding mp3 trading - I don't do this anymore. I went to the point when I discovered that I have so much that my whole life will be not enough to listen to all that stuff... I am only interested in those few songs which people vote for and I don't have yet - just to have them to fulfill requests and my curiosity (many of them are great and unknown for me ). If you will help in that task I (and a lot of other fans) will gratefull and additionally I will fullfil your special requests if you would have any...
